This is a full-time position that will primarily provide coverage in nursing home facilities with occasional coverage in a clinic setting; M-F day shift with rotating call coverage on evenings/weekends. Experienced Nurse Practitioner with nursing home or LTC background is preferred.

Contributes to the educational development of staff, patients, family and self.
Demonstrates progressive leadership and effective management.
Provides education through role modeling and inservices to meet identified learning needs and to promote professionalism.
Advances own professional development through self directed learning, continuing education and participation in peer review.
Nursing Doctorate or Master Degree in Nursing, MSN
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
Current APRN license in the state of Ohio
Adult/Gero certification preferred
Experienced provider preferred
