Seeking an individual to manage the day to day operation of an administrative services organization. Successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent management skills and technical knowledge. Exposure to Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Accounting, HR & Benefits, Risk Management and Computer Systems are desired. Must be able to build relationships with our outside customers, understand their needs and direct our team members to meet those needs effectively. Candidate will have demonstrated ability to identify and attract new customers. Will also be responsible to source and deploy the most effective new technology resources. Must have a demonstrated record of successfully managing a large group of employees utilizing team building methods. The successful candidate will provide input in business and strategic planning, set goals for departments and individual managers, provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate their performance and exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skill. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience with a minimum of a BS degree in Accounting or Business Management. Multi-state and Canadian business exposure is preferred.
